I had celebrated my birthday the night before a class with some young students in Korea. Because the class was new I thought I'd better try 'power dressing' and put on a tie to command some kind of respect. They were not settling down at all after I'd written my name on the whiteboard and all pointing at my belly. I looked down to find that I'd caught my tie between the marker and it's cap and it was swinging off my tie. It took some time to gain their confidence after a start like that. Embarassed
